We are aware due to current Ofgem requirements your biomass will need to be serviced by an accredited Hetas engineer. With out this your payments may be suspended. We are willing to work alongside you or your current maintenance provider to achieve this NATIONWIDE you may even be a biomass engineer looking for a company to provide this for your client.

SERVICES
Boilers registered on the non-domestic RHI must have their boilers serviced at least annually to MCS040 standards. We are registered and approved by HETAS for biomass maintenance. You will now require a document from HETAS that certifies the boiler was serviced to the required standard.

DO YOU HAVE HEAT METER?
Ofgem have recently sent out communications that requires every RHI participant to recalibrate all heat meters at least every 10 years (or in line with manufacturer’s instructions where available, whichever is sooner). The 10-year start date begins from when your meters were first installed, most recently recalibrated or replaced.
