SERVICING

All boilers registered on the non-domestic RHI must have their boilers serviced at least annually to MCS040 standards. We are registered and approved by HETAS for biomass maintenance. You will now require a document from HETAS that certifies the boiler was serviced to the required standard. This certificate is something the servicing company provides after registering the service on HETAS' online database. With out this your RHI payments can be suspended. We are aware that currently many customers already have in place a company or them selves carrying out the maintenance and day to day running of their boilers. But may be unable to meet the new requirements for MCS040. We can work alongside yourself or current maintenance team. To make sure you meet MCS040 service requirements.
